I have incredibly severe insomnia - or should I say WHAT when I have this weighted blanket. for which you need a pretty decent night's sleep and energy to get through the day. Which isn't entirely doable with anxiety and insomnia. I accepted Ambien but didn't want to rely on it so I bought it. It's cool, soft, extremely durable and well made. Now I fall asleep almost every night without many problems and I feel like I'm in a cocoon. If you suffer from severe insomnia, you need this in your life
