Worth the trouble
I needed 6 of these for the Valkyrie. Some of them had to be straightened due to crooked welds. The ends were seasoned to about 1/2mm so to insert the slots had to be made with a dremel tool. Once installed, however, it muffled the exposed exhaust just enough to sound pleasant without being too obnoxious to the neighbors.
