I gave two stars just because I gave them credit for making the mannequin, but in terms of quality, unfortunately I have to say that I do not recommend buying this mannequin. First, the hair is thin, the picture they use is deceiving. I'm a hairstylist, I bought a high cut mannequin and because the hair is so thin I'm not getting the look I want to achieve. Second, it is not 100% human hair, it can be mixed with human hair, but the whole head is not 100% human hair. I noticed when I saw the melted fibers they use on my flat iron after curling my hair. Hair companies tend to advertise their products by stating that they use 100% human hair, but do not state that they also use a blend of human-like fibers. I know this because I used to work in a hairdressing company. Third, he sheds a lot. I comb my hair lightly or after I'm done with a simple styling, I spread the hair all over the floor and workspace. I am not happy with this purchase, I feel like I am now wasting time and having to go through the whole return process if I had the correct mannequin but because their advert said it was suitable for updos and the picture looked like it like the hair was thick I took a chance. Don't waste your time keep looking, frankly the quality of this hair is not good.
