This rating is for long socks for shoe sizes 8-12. There is not as much cotton in these socks as stated on the website. Recommended 69% cotton/28% polyester/1% natural latex rubber/1% spandex/1% other fibers. At the time of purchase in November 2019, I received 42% cotton, 57% polyester, 1% spandex. I'm so sick of this sloppy sock material. I WANT MORE COTTON! Read the rest of the negative reviews and over the last few years, cotton has been in decline. Why aren't women's socks of high quality? I'm so tired of sock makers using women. Along with other clothing manufacturers (try and buy a decent pair of underwear these days). It's time for women to strike! I start buying men's socks. They are of better quality and contain more cotton. I refuse to buy men's underwear (emoji time). Twenty or more years ago, women's socks were made from 100% cotton. I know cotton costs more, I know the cost will go up.
