I love how this software has helped me to streamline my client management process by providing multiple templates (so you don't have as many custom fields) which makes it easier than ever before! It's also really easy in terms of managing tasks assigned through our ticketing system using Tasks functionality within FMC - so we can easily set up notifications when an item is due or overdue etc without having any other third party solutions required here too? Great product overall but would be nice if they could integrate some more 3rd-party platforms such tickets from Zendesk / Slack/ Intercom amongst others are just not working seamlessly between them at present unless there was another way around all these problems?
