This case actually does a good job of protecting the watch from all but sharp corners but paired with a polymer protection for wet use it's a nice one Patch of shielding against sensitivity. It's durable and has withstood several challenging situations while still providing better contact with my wrist (important for workout performance!) than a standard wristband. It's not overly bulky (44mm) and the buttons remain accessible, effectively cutting the top right button out of the body. There are two downsides, and the third is just care in maintenance: first, the molded nature of the strap and front means it doesn't lay flat, so you'll have to charge it upside down. This is minor - it doesn't affect the charger at all. This means you have to take your face out of the cover if you want to use device-to-device charging. Second, the metal clasp that goes through the bracelet doesn't like to be left out, so it's sometimes a hassle to take the watch off if you can't grab that part of the clasp. There seems to be a third, and that's this band's seemingly magical ability to take on the odd smell of a watch strap, perhaps due to its width and better contact. on the skin. You should therefore clean it from time to time with a little alcohol or warm soapy water. It's not the band's fault, but it's something to keep in mind. So yes I would recommend it - I would give it a broken fifth star if I could. This is the best of the three I've tried.
