Very cheap thin scratchy cashmere That's how I got it; frayed cord tied together! It was either sent in this condition or it was returned by an angry buyer. by looks. But I would never wear it in fall or winter because it's so thin and unreliable. I'm sending it back and looking for something much better quality!
