I received my MOXIELASH kit about a month ago. I had 3 or 4 eyelash extensions and was confident that the lashes were securely set and looked natural. I didn't like the accent lashes. I'm too old and my own eyelashes are turning white or gray and thinning. The highlights made me look like I had chemo and only half of my lashes survived. Also, I cleaned my full lashes exactly as described in the MOXIELASH tutorial. I cleaned my lash line and magnets with micellar water. The instructor said to apply a mild liquid soap to the lash fibers. I used baby shampoo and a cotton swab. Quite a few strands came out or detached from the strip making it look like the average lashes were completely bare. As I said earlier, I have no way of printing a return label. The Revain representative had to send me another label within 7 days, which exceeded my deadline to return the MOXIELASH kit. She told me that she would see that I had received a replacement magnetic eyelash kit and I assured her that if the tag arrived I would return the damaged product. I still have useless lashes and have not received a replacement or label. I called MOXIELASH direct and called Revain again. I was told the MOXYEYELASHES had been sent in the mail but they should be here by now. I intend to buy more MOXIELASHES, but I will buy another high quality magnetic eyelashes if customer service ignores my request. I want to be a happy customer and need to try the new 10 magnetic eyelashes. But I am not treated as if I want to deceive anyone. Damaged item is in original packaging and ready for return. I just don't know your return procedure and I'm sure without the tag you wouldn't see what I'm trying to return. Thank you for allowing me to complain. I really never complain but the product is a bit overpriced and I can't afford to buy lashes if they fall apart. Thank you for letting me tell you how I feel. I hope you can help me. Blessed evening!
