No quality control in size

These rings are a waste of money. I ordered two rings of the same size and you can clearly see that they are NOT the same size. One is at least one size smaller and will NOT fit the person the ring was intended for. When I got it I tried on the one that was meant for me and it fit (because it was the right size) and I thought, 'okay, everything is fine'. The second ring was only tried on last weekend, and what do you know. it's too small because it's WRONG SIZE. Pooh. In the second picture you can see that the smaller ring almost fits inside the other. Does this company have no quality control?
