Received this bamboo pillow yesterday, put it in the dryer for 5 minutes - it fluffed up but not much, like 50 percent of the filling was thrown away! Very thin and too soft, straightens out as soon as you put your head on it. I am extremely disappointed. A few years ago I bought bamboo pillows from Sam. They appeared to be filled with solid memory foam rather than small, loose pieces. I tried the new pillow for a few minutes and swapped it out for my old one. Not at all what I thought I would have bought it.
