False advertising. The "hole " of the hand is destroyed.

The whole point of this pillow is that the pillow creates a tunnel that supports your arm so you can sleep next to your partner by putting your arm through to keep them awake. The tunnel isn't supported or reinforced by anything, and the weight of your partner's head or even arms just pushes and pushes the pillow down on them. You can get the same result just by putting your hand under a regular pillow. False advertising and low quality. Don't buy this.
