Set of 14? It comes with 10! Wow, so I'm not the only one who finds this awful. We received it as a Christmas present and immediately after opening the packaging, a bead got stuck in the thicker part of the lacing that came with it. We tried so hard to gently pull it out. Finally, after many days of frustration, I pulled hard and the yellow lace broke. This means that one of the three yellow parts is useless, as is the pearl that got stuck on it. Now the "necklace" is too short with a missing piece for my daughter (18 months old) to put on her tiny head. What a waste! Do not buy!
