Review on πŸ›οΈ Babyletto Hudson Kids' Nightstand - Port White - Home Store by Dru Labrado

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent durable bed frame for a child's room.

I was surprised by all the bad reviews on here but then I realized that not all of them relate to the bed frame - some relate to other items in this range. I'm not sure but I think some of the accessories could be veneer and the bed frame and cribs could be solid wood. I bought a washed natural bed for our kids room about a year ago and I love it! I wanted something my husband or I could sleep in after our baby was born and then it could be a full size baby crib when we are ready to move out of the crib. We started with another pine single bed which turned out to be unstable and too high for a toddler. This frame feels incredibly strong and durable, and the short legs make it the perfect height for transitioning out of the crib (note, however, that it leaves little storage space under the board). It still seems strong and stable after almost a year of regular adult use. I also like that the head of the bed is relatively high, so even with a 10 inch mattress there is enough headboard to lean against comfortably. The first frame we tried had a headboard that was barely visible when the mattress was put on. It was relatively easy for me to assemble it myself a few weeks after giving birth. For me it was definitely worth the price. The only downside I can think of is that our other nursery furniture is a mix of natural pine and white. Washed natural pine lives in this mid lane, which isn't exactly one of those, so it's a little difficult to accurately match against other items outside of the series.
