Cotton and there are BAGS

These shorts are similar to the T-shirt material, so not very active to wear, but my daughter likes them. The pockets are great for the little things she finds. They are basically ordinary cotton shorts, only with a flap in front to make a short skirt. However, she says it's comfortable and looks cute.
