+1 - Item arrived on time and undamaged +1 - Item as described +3 - Item is genuine leather and looks like it will wear a few with almost daily use last for years. Thoughts: It was nice that you could order by waist size as I didn't have to cut these replacements down like I did when ordering the original ratchet strap. While they still had waist size options, they weren't close to my waist so it was just an extra step of measuring and trimming before buckle up. I got this, unbuckled my old buckle, attached it to this new belt and was ready to go!
