This is a fun little toy. I'm impressed by the fact that he can actually fly. The controls are a bit tricky at first as the drone tends to drift and you have to counteract it before it hits anything. I've only had the drone for a few days, but I still can't connect to the app to use the camera. I don't like reading guides either, so it might be me. It comes with extra props but only one set so I hope you can buy more as they love to take off. I'm thinking of putting a dab of super glue on each propeller, see if that helps. All in all, this is a cool remote control toy that doesn't cost hundreds of dollars. It flies and I'm sure the kids will love it. I'm just not sure how well it will stand the test of time. Overall it's fun, small and cheap. I'm sure there are far better drones out there if you're willing to pay big bucks. I don't, it was my first drone and it was a pleasure to play with.
