not the coolest accessory i own, in fact it probably doubles my already high stupidity rate for wearing it but its satisfying what i do get knowing it's the maximum sun protection I desire while still feeling very light and not sweaty makes me really happy. The edges are much wider than I expected. It's less like a beanie brim and more like a wide brimmed hat, but other than that it's great - the lightweight material and vents make the hat feel so light, and it even has a trip in the washing machine (cold , gently) survived. .
