Review on Macally Compatible Macbook Computer TURBO by Yuri Rochelin

Of the few complaints I've had about wired mice, this isn't one of them. Having just bought a new Apple Mac mini I figured hell I'd buy an Apple Magic Mouse (AMM) since they don't even make a wired mouse anymore. I have some nice super fast USB 3.1 external drives, got everything set up. and turned it on and what is it? Neither of my two wireless devices (keyboard or mouse) worked. It turns out that USB 3.1 drives create enough interference to disrupt wireless devices. So I bought longer HDD cables and pushed them back about 4 feet. The keyboard worked great, but the mouse was still not quite right. You would move him and he wouldn't move as far as he should. You would try to make a precise, small movement and it wouldn't move at all. Also AMM has no buttons. I was clicking on something and the cursor moved to the right in the last second because moving my finger over it moves the cursor. Also, my finger would periodically go past the left side to the right and I would click something and nothing would happen because I unknowingly clicked the "right button" area of the mouse. Finally, the AMM is very small and just doesn't fit in my hand. All of this is preceded by the fact that I bought a Macally USB mouse and ALL my mouse problems are now gone. Real buttons so I always know exactly what I'm pressing and a scroll wheel so scrolling never happens accidentally. Good height to fit my hand. The only thing I miss is the ability to scroll left and right, which AMM could do. In my opinion, this is worth the sacrifice. I am very happy.
