These LED bulbs are MUCH brighter and produce more white light than orange incandescent bulbs. For example, an incandescent bulb has orange lenses that are dark orange, while an LED bulb has lighter orange lenses, but the lenses tend to be lighter orange. I've attached a picture showing them side by side. I bought these LED bulbs to replace the courtesy lights on a caravan trailer. All headlights had many LED bulbs. The LED bulbs were very easy to install. It says they are polarity sensitive, but I haven't encountered any problems. They all worked for me no matter how they were installed. However, this may not be for everyone. Be sure to check the bulbs during installation as LED bulbs can be polarity sensitive. If one of them doesn't work, take it out, rotate it 180° and then plug it back in. If it doesn't work in either direction or the other socket, the bulb may have burned out. a set of LED bulbs to replace outdated incandescent bulbs.
