Does not hold the child's attention.
I bought this car seat for my daughter to keep her entertained on car rides. I thought it would be a good choice as she loves bells and such. Unfortunately, the sound of the bells/bells is rather quiet. There is also nothing to play with and interest the child. My daughter never bothered. It's a very cute design, but that's about all it's good for.
