Review on Heating Outdoor Puppy Heated Whelping by Tracy Jones
Sporadic heating: cats
Well constructed but heat dissipation is sporadic. At high settings it sometimes emits almost nothing, and in other places it burns to the touch. I am very afraid that my pet will be hurt. I'm sure waterproofing would help but be aware it is very slippery. The bed and blankets keep slipping.
