Review on Minicremation Pet Cremation Jewelry: Elegant Ashes Necklace Keepsake for Cats by Joseph Montes

Best cat cremation jewelry I've found but could use some improvement

Bought after my best boy died unexpectedly in early August. He was my constant companion and I couldn't bear the thought of him not being by my side so I wanted a part of his cremation to keep some of his ashes with me. I spent hours looking for something "right" and settled on this necklace. I really like the silhouette of the cat and I think the size is just right. Because it's stainless steel, I can wear it 24/7 without irritation, which was important to me. I have two small doubts about this, which I knew before buying because I read the reviews of others. 1) The moon on the tail appears to be scratched on both sides. It's a tiny imperfect detail that I don't think others will notice when they look at it, but it still worries me a bit. 2) holds almost NOTHING. I'm talking about 4-5 BACONS. I was hoping the spool would be hollow throughout, but there is only a tiny hollow portion just below the screw; it does not apply to cats. It was disappointing the first time I put my boy's ashes in it because it didn't feel like "enough" but now I've accepted it. a necklace for a friend who also lost her baby 4 years ago. She loves it too so I would definitely recommend it, both for personal grief and as a thoughtful gift for those who have lost their cat. We've both had our children cremated, but I think even if it's not, it's still a good gift. I especially like that there are multiple color options. I bought rose gold for my Ginger Boy and silver for her mostly white chintz. At the moment the seller no longer makes them, but I hope that improvements will be made in the two areas already mentioned!
