I'm like a kid when it comes to cute things like this and the fact that it arrived in its little box made the experience very enjoyable. Roy (yes, that's his name) and I have been living together for a year now. We've had our ups and downs and he helps me sleep comfortably on his bedside table shimmering in his little random colors. Roy came as promised with a remote control that didn't even work. Don't buy what comes with the remote control, it won't work, but it will still change colors by itself. I've heard of people with remotes that worked and others that didn't, so I guess it's gambling. It is made entirely of silicon. So if you plan to store it on a shelf and collect dust, it will almost NOT come off. So be careful. He's also very soft and CUUUTEE so I love him a lot. I think it would be a great gift for kids. But I'm not a kid and I still love him, so adults can be a part of it too. Battery life is decent and not too short, but if you plan on leaving it on all night you might charge it again in the morning, although I haven't tried it.
