Review on Portable acoustics JBL Charge 5 RU, 40 W, black by Mateusz Bana ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

My impression of the purchase is good, buy it.

I'm not sure what it was that I was anticipating will happen. I was aware that it was not conceivable to construct a speaker with those proportions that could produce potent bass when the volume was turned up to its highest setting. But I've read enough reviews to know that the column is nothing but "POWER," as each and every one of them has asserted. No, not power; it is impossible to create a disco with it either in the great outdoors or in a building of some type. There are no issues at home. When you turn the volume up to 80-100%, it starts to "yell," meaning that it becomes extremely loud but only produces sound in the middle and the top registers; there is no bass, or rather there is bass but I was expecting something else. In spite of this, I was able to pound one bass when I moved the speaker into the bathroom and took a shower. Most likely, the number of items in the room will increase as its size decreases. Let's see, I'll keep putting this to the test. Although purchasing a column of this size to fulfill my criteria is preferable, it is still not possible because natural columns do not exist. JBL is absolutely superior to all other brands. The tone is really soothing, and it moves in a manner that is unobstructed; it is a joy to take in.

Pros
  • Stunning from the outside. Made to an extremely high standard. You have control over the equalizer settings. When considering the size of the speakers, the sound quality is quite satisfying.
Cons
  • Even when the volume is close to its highest setting (when it is done at 70–80%), there is not enough bass. About 100% normally keep quiet.
