This is the WORST product I have ever bought in my life! They send it to you disassembled as I expected. However, the rods are split in half and must be twisted together. The screws are self tightening and you have to press down for them to work. These are the MOST DIFFICULT bolts to use. The details are so small and you need to be very strong to do it yourself. The screwdriver slipped so many times that I cut myself twice with a knife, tearing my skin. As ridiculous as it sounds, I ended up in the ER because of this junk product. If it has to be constructed that way, why not just ship the metal poles already assembled and save people the frustration? I will never use this company's products again. Terrible, disappointing, waste of money.
