This brush is well made and looks like it will last a long time. I'm only taking off a star because it's too big to fit in the cap of my mineral foundation, but maybe it's just for applying liquid foundation. Due to the shape and density of the bristles, it is questionable whether they will dry completely mold-free. I understand you need a really thick brush for this type of application, I'm just not used to not being able to hang the brush on the edge of something I guess. Maybe with time and experimentation I'll find a better way. I really like that it comes in its own case which is sturdy and closes with clips so it doesn't come undone in your purse or makeup bag. This is a clamshell case that assembles by the sides instead of the top and bottom. That's good design. If the brush was a little smaller I would buy a different one.
