UPDATE: After I submitted my initial review I was contacted by Anker and they pretty much asked me what was wrong and concluded that my charger was defective (it happens even with the best from time to time). They were very understanding and did everything right, now I have a working charger which is exactly what I was looking for. Excellent customer service!---------------------------------------- ------ - -------- ------------- OLDER: I got it today and it says it's charging but no power is coming out. I've used various apps to control the power and it's 0. Pretty much it's just plugged in without doing anything. And my cables are ALL Anker, so I know they're not cables. My $5 charger charges my phone, I think I'll go back to that. I've just decided to switch to a "quality product" but it's doing absolutely nothing! Useless
