I was hesitant to buy them because I just bought another cheap brand and they were really terrible. But these, I have to say, were great. They've had them for a few weeks and they're easy to use and responsive. I find them comfortable and the sound is pretty good. I don't really use the assistant functions or even the volume touch functions, which I don't find as convenient or as easy as using the phone's or computer's own volume controls. But I use touch to stop or start video or music, it's very convenient for that. They last a long time, and the small charger lasts a long time too, and both charge fairly quickly. I only use them when I'm on the road so I just leave the charger in the car and leave the plugs in when I'm not using them so they're almost always ready to go. I find that picking up the charger and keeping it close to me while using it helps me not lose them. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. I mainly use it when I want to listen to YouTube tutorial videos on the go and it really makes a difference and makes the process a lot more enjoyable. It might just get me listening to audiobooks. Anyway, hope this helps someone! :)
