My neck is 16.5 inches and I usually go for 16-16.5. This shirt fits as it should, with some room but not tight. So if you're in the 16-16.5 range and have a 34" sleeve, there's no need to worry it won't fit. Focus on the actual dimensions and everything will be fine. good shirt I don't consider this a shirt, mainly because of the button-down collar, but it's fine for a business casual or evening out. I recommend it. Hooray!
