Review on 🪑 Set of 2 Roundhill Furniture Swivel Black Bonded Leather Adjustable Hydraulic Bar Stools by Shay Johnson

I've been looking for a way to contact the seller for some time and found that this is the only way, so I hope to contact you me as soon as possible. Yes the stools are beautiful as pictured, very comfortable and great value for money BUT they have been pretty much useless to me the last few months that I have had them. The small screws that hold the seat to the main support keep falling off rendering the stools completely useless as we cannot sit on them. I keep trying to find the screws, but it's difficult, and put them back. First, the seller has to send extra screws with the item and an exact size L-shaped tool to tighten them, or they have to make the screws longer as they are so small it's no wonder they can't hold a heavy wide seat higher. It's a great product but these flaws make it useless to me as not even Home Depot has the exact same screw so a lot of them are out now. So this is my attempt to contact the seller. I'm not trying to return them but I would like you to please help me resolve this issue.
