I purchased this item to use on the bin we use specifically for disposing of used dog diapers. It masks the odor of three dogs' urine: Yorkies, Shih Tzus and Maltese. I tried it with my hand and hammer and it didn't mask the smell. If you want to hide the smell of diapers, dog pads, I recommend this!
