The keyboard is a compact, rechargeable blue tooth keyboard that fits easily and works well. Comfortable typing, similar to a laptop keyboard. Using the case to place the tablet and attach the keyboard (magnetically) everything works very well. The keyboard comes with a charging cable, but you need to bring your own charger. However, if you only want to use the case without the keyboard, which I would rather do than use the keyboard, it has problems. As mentioned by others, the backrest wobbles a lot when folding up and slides. My biggest issue, however, is that when you flip the lid down, the built-in magnetic strip continues to put the tablet to sleep, even when the case is open and the magnetic strip is *beneath* the tablet. This should only be done when the lid is up and closed. So imagine trying to read (or do something else) on it as it turns on and off. It's a deal breaker for me and I won't be using a case (although I will be using a keyboard).
