I mix this with rosehip oil and argan oil from top to toe. it TOTALLY changes your skin! I've really noticed a difference in my face. This will make you fat at first, but after a while the oil production will slow down and you probably won't produce any oil. Your body gets the message that you are already getting the oil! I leave it pretty thick when I go to bed. leaves an oil stain on your pillow, but it's worth it. I mix equal parts of 3 together. To attempt!
