. Recharge number 1 took 3 days. Charger #2 works but gets very hot. I've been in IT for 30 years and I've never seen a charger get that hot. I bought the same laptop to use in multiple locations so I made sure I bought the exact part number of the adapter that came with my laptop. My Dell-supplied charger barely gets hot, and in my experience Dell chargers generally last longer than a laptop if the cable is intact. I also bought another charger from another seller here in July and it took 2 months. Revain should work better. I highly doubt they are real, although everyone advertises them as such. Unless Dell had a serious manufacturing defect in production. But if they did, Dell would stop selling them. I will be ordering from Dell from now on.
