You do not get a bow headband just fabric to make your own.
The outfit looks ok. I am giving it as a gift and am not sure about size. The quality of the sewing is probably a 3. My biggest disappointment is the fact that the bow headband is misrepresented. You receive the fabric but need to design the bow yourself. So if you are not good at making bows this could be something you want to consider.
