Review on IntraLinks VIA Pro by Darryl Blumenthal

The ability to share documents, presentations and spreadsheets with colleagues in other offices around the world. I can access files from home or my office easily and quickly without any issues! No problems at all so far using this software. Nothing yet that I dislike about it but there are some features we do not like as much such as being able to see who has viewed our shared files. We use Intralink via file sharing in order to work together efficiently. It allows us to collaborate very effectively over distance and time zones. This means that we can be working on tasks even when it's 3am somewhere else in the globe. At times when email isn't an option due to security concerns, we still have access to what others are doing via intralinks which really helps to keep everyone up-to-date! I like that it's a one-stop shop for all of our document management needs, from email to file storage to sharing with clients. It also has an option for a web portal which is helpful for our external partners who need access to documents. The UI could be more intuitive, but once you get used to it, it's easy enough to use. We have been able to store files in the cloud, share them with our internal team members, and even provide access to those files for our outside clients.
