Let me start by saying that I am an avid intermediate level runner. I burned my share of running shoes. All of my last 3 pairs have been ASICS most recently the GT-1000 and GT-2000 and I have loved them all. The ASICS website (along with a few other running sites) recommended these Gel-Noosa Tri 9 shoes for overpronators like me. Unfortunately I will never know how good they are - my normal size (size 8) is WAY small (should have read more reviews). The price was great so I ordered the 8.5 as a replacement - the left boot fit perfectly, the right boot was too tight at the toe as many said. THEN I took another chance like an idiot and ordered a size 9; I was determined to find my size as they seem very comfortable, well made and supportive and the black/neon coral/green design is just stunning. All 3 sizes did not fit! The right shoe is now too big and my heel slips when walking. I am so disappointed what a waste of time and money. That's why I have to stick to my opinion, NEVER buy shoes online! I've always been a size 8 and while I don't mind altering them to find the right fit, I'm burnt out from ASICS at the moment. Next time you can try Brooks, Saucony or Mizuno.
