This is the perfect solution for my home office. It's dark when I start work and it gets 9 hours later in the winter months here in Seattle. After reading a number of reviews I decided on this one. And I really like it, dare I say I love it? A few bright tones that are nice and overwhelming (and no rainbows, which I didn't want), the big letters are backlit, and the key feel and slight tap sound are light and pleasing. My keyboard is not silent like others, it makes a slight noise that doesn't bother me. I like the feel of the keys, curved, responsive and large (I don't like typing on low profile keyboards). The keyboard is compact but full-size, with large keys (although my hands are small). The only thing I would like is for the keyboard backlight to turn off when my computer goes to sleep, but that's just my preference. I can highly recommend and buy again.
