Thread for bulbs

The photo shows that the thread has broken off. I couldn't screw it in, twisted it for about five minutes and wondered what was wrong before I pulled it out and saw the broken threads. The other bulb seems to work fine, but I've only tested it for a few hours. Seems to give off a good warmth. I will update when they fix this and either send a replacement or give me half my money back.

Pros
 • disabled
KOR 250R40/1 is an R40 infrared heat lamp that operates at 250W and 120V. Measuring just over 6 inches in length and 5 inches in diameter, this BR40 is a clear lamp with a medium (E26) base. This Infrared Light Bulb is primarily a heat source... It doesn't emit much light but generates a lot of heat and works great for pets, animals, dogs, cats, reptiles, turtles, snake tanks, chickens, chicken coops (according to professional manufacturers Chick Infrared Heat Lamps calm chicks and help prevent chicks from pecking each other.)… Ideal for hatchery or commercial use. This light bulb uses a standard E26 base and will fit any standard sized US outlet (make sure the outlet is rated at 250W). Use it in the sauna, spa, bath shower to warm up or relieve pain. The average lifespan of this bulb is 6000 hours. That is up to 5 times longer than conventional light bulbs. Used with special downlights and fits most spotlights with metal clips.
