Very soft! suitable for bedding
I needed something to fill my very hard mattress and I was hoping it would help. However, I find 3 cm too thick for me. My bed is super soft now, and while the foam is firm enough to move, it doesn't give me the support I need. BUT. It's very comfortable overall, and if you're the type of person looking for a plush mattress topper, then 3 inches is the way to go. Repackaging so I'll keep it for now.
