Where do I start. I've purchased 2 pairs of these headphones since Nov 2019. They both only lasted about 2-3 months as the cable housing came undone. My 6 year old uses these headphones and she's doesn't misuse them. After looking to purchase a different brand of headphones, I decided to reach out to Simolio support, support@simolio.com. I explained that we liked the headphones but they seem to fall apart in a very short period of time. Without any hesitation, Simolio ordered 2 sets of headphones to be sent as a replacement, free of charge. This action is the true definition of Excellent Customer Service. I will continue to purchase the Similio brand headphones and chalk up the issue with the last 2 pairs as a manufacturing defect. It has been 2 weeks now and there doesn't appear to be any issues with the replacement headphones.Kudos to Simolio and the spectacular customer service they have provided.
