OK. I have a very heavy painting (110 pounds) that I needed to hang. I was very concerned if it would last. I probably measured about 5 times. I needed two perfectly sized hook holes on the back of the painting. I also bought a beat. I nervously drilled holes and put hardware in as instructed, I thought what if that didn't work and I have these two big holes in my front wall that you can see as soon as you walk in. After everything was installed we lifted the picture, it was just perfect, looks great and seems to be holding up well. until a week has passed. I used one for a large mirror, about 50 pounds. I lost one behind a wall but other than that it worked great. Please read the instructions and make sure there are no rivets you wish to hang your art or similar on.
