Review on 🛏️ Teal Greenland Home Nirvana Quilt Set, King/California King - 3 Piece by Alexandra Marie

IMPORTANT: DO NOT get bigger! As noted in the note above, I ordered a king bed for my queen bed, anticipating material shrinkage and what not. It was all MY fault! Greenland Home Fashions make really great 100% cotton quilts and I love this 'Nirvana' quilt set - I only wish I had ordered a queen size because the king is too big! Greenland Home Furnishings reported that their quilt sizes fit "modern, deeper mattresses," and that's true. I don't have a deep mattress, but I have (tufted and needle) on a 14" tall frame (to tuck things under) and needed some coverage. I'm sure I could order a queen and the duvet covers would be perfect. The duvet set washed well and I didn't notice any issues with the stitching or quilting (checked before washing). Note that the pillowcases are long and long are narrow...there is a standard size pillow and so far I've only pulled the pillowcase over my sleeping pillow that fits me. or queen size! I've bought a few quilts from Greenland Home and I haven't been disappointed. My only recommendation, aside from trying it, is if you want something really nice and 100% cotton (cover and batting) but not "home made" is an order for the mattress size you have Beautiful colors and prints.
