This is not my first electric shaver, but this is my first Remington electric shaver. After reading the negative reviews I decided to ignore them and order anyway because some people just can't be satisfied or really don't know what to expect from an electric shaver. When used correctly, this Remington shaver will give you the same close shave as any other electric shaver. It arrived fully charged and after a dozen shaves it's still at 80 percent charge. It is very easy to use and clean and provides an evenly close shave. I had no "razor burn," no skin pulling or pinching, or other discomfort. I even used it on my scalp. I am happy with this purchase. Good electric shaver at a reasonable price. And if it lasts, replacement heads are a lot cheaper than other brands I've used.
