The product worked great and was just what I needed for the gym. I could charge them on my computer during the day and work out at the gym for days without having to charge. Then about a week ago one stopped working. The blue and red lights work but there is no sound. Revain has a warranty link that just takes you to a blank page saying go to the manufacturer's website. The product description says great service with money back, replacement etc but I can't find where to get this great service. I really don't want to spend a lot of time with $14 headphones, but that sucks. I guess I'll end up just bending down and getting it while I buy a new pair.
