Be sure to buy half sizes like 7g, 5g, 3g and 1g to increase the size. The usual American measurement scale jumps a few millimeters between these sizes, making it very difficult to determine the size, but if you wait at least a month or two between stretches AND switch between sizes as you go up, they work well . Only 4 stars because the material doesn't protect your ears from bad smell so they're not top quality but for starters they're good. I like their look, they are cheap and easy for beginners.
