I bought this watch, it works great with the app if you have an extra 2 min. Before bedtime, install it on the dock and configure all the settings. But if you forget to press the ihome button on top (the bright light stays on), you won't hear the alarm. I discovered this twice the hard way and was late for work. The dock allows you to play and charge the iphone4, but it keeps showing that it is not compatible with this device and sometimes turns it off. If you use this dock and want to wake up to music, don't forget to press the ihome button or you won't hear anything. If you can't sleep in the light, this is not a good choice. The last thing your Ipod/Iphone sits on isn't too solid so you need to be careful with that and make sure it's plugged in. Sometimes I hear a chirp that it's plugged in, but it doesn't charm my Ipod
