Review on Paris Voluminous Collagen Plumping Blackest by Panos Jordan

This has been my favorite mascara for at least 5 years. I apply it liberally (usually apply to a pile, then do something else, then reapply for maximum volume). It settles on its own very well and my lashes look about 7,000 times* thicker and longer than when I wake up. If you get wet it runs (yup) but I've never had a problem with messy dark areas under my eyes like other mascaras. I am often asked if my lashes are real or not because they look so voluminous and long. Well worth spending a few bucks to try if you haven't already! * Give or take
