Sagging cushions in less than 2 weeks that are suppose to be 3.9” thick sitting on rubber slats.
Had chairs less that 2 weeks and cushions have sagged so bad that can’t even use the chairs.the cushions do not come back up.I believe the cushions are going between the slats on the bottom of the chairs.I’m in contact with the supplier trying to resolve the issue but not happy that so far all I have been offered is a $30 credit to my account which will not solve the issue. Replacing the cushions would cost more than that & still would not solve the issue.my opinion is they are nice for show but you can’t sit on them.
