After perusing some encouraging feedback about GOBEST on the internet, I decided to give it a try. Their selection of men's apparel, footwear, and accessories has potential but falls short in implementation. To begin with, the website's style and layout are poorly thought out and incredibly difficult to navigate. It took me a while to figure out where things were, and even after that, I had a hard time navigating their inventory. The low quality of the product photos made it difficult to make an informed purchase. Second, I didn't appreciate the merchandise's low quality. The clothing was poorly manufactured and felt cheap, and the shoes were painful. The necklace was tacky and I felt uncomfortable wearing it. Last but not least, their support staff let us down. The customer service representative I spoke with was both unhelpful and rude when I called about an issue with my purchase. They didn't care about helping me with my problem and were clearly eager to end the call. To sum up, GOBEST could be successful if they improved their online presence, product quality, and support for customers. At this time, I cannot endorse them as a reliable source for stylish menswear. Absolutely the WORST!
